Regional Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented sales coordinator to contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting sales representatives, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining good customer relationships. The sales coordinator's responsibilities include supporting sales, ensuring order satisfaction, coordinating with other departments, handling administrative duties, and promoting customer satisfaction.

**Business performance**
- Attach all the special approvals in sales orders
- To review daily stock and send to all KAMs and sales teams on a daily basis
- To submit report on the loss of sales orders due to Out of stock situation daily
- To submit daily report on account blocks
- To coordinate with LSD to action LPO’s which will contribute to achieve divisional objective
- To maintain a proper communications with team all the time to provide an excellent performance along with healthy working environment
- Maintaining pending LPO records
- Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.

**What you must have**
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in Pharma Distribution Company
- Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration may be advantageous.
- IT skills and SAP Knowledge.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership skills to motivate and drive the team
- Dedicated coordinator for company's products.
- PO Posting in the system and order releasing for the private sector.
- Quotation preparation for the private sector.
- Answering/updating customer order related inquiries.
- Supporting the field sales team for specific requests.
- Coordinating internally, with other related departments and teams.
- Keeping close contacts with the logistics teams.

**Salary**: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
