Outdoor Sales Experience in Power Tools

As an Outdoor Sales Executive, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base and driving sales growth by actively engaging with clients in the field. Your role will involve building and maintaining relationships with key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our range of power tools to meet and exceed sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Development**:
- Identify and prospect new clients and business opportunities within the designated territory.
- Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and expand customer base.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- **Customer Engagement**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and demonstrations of power tools to potential and existing clients.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and offer solutions to meet their needs effectively.
- **Sales Management**:
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and objectives.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure alignment and achieve overall business goals.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to effectively communicate the benefits of our products.
- **Market Presence**:
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
- Promote the company’s brand and enhance its market presence through proactive engagement and representation.
- **Administrative Tasks**:
- Manage and update customer information, sales activities, and pipelines in the CRM system.
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts in coordination with the sales support team.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the power tools or related industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and a drive to exceed targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
