Transport Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule loads for our truck fleet within the GCC region (FB, curtain side, box trailers).
- Communicate with drivers to ensure timely pickup and delivery of shipments.
- Monitor the movements of the vehicles, containers, and the driver using GPS tracking software.
- Liaise with customs and border authorities to facilitate smooth cross-border operations.
- Address any issues or delays in transportation and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of driver assignments, load details, and delivery status.
- Monitor and track fleet performance, including fuel consumption, mileage, and maintenance expenses.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among drivers.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize transportation processes and improve efficiency.
- Provide support and assistance to drivers as needed during cross-border operations.
- Knowledge in RTA vehicles renewal process.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in coordinating cross-border transportation operations, particularly for heavy trucks, within the GCC region.
- Strong knowledge of GCC customs and border regulations and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using transportation management systems and other related software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (preferred).
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
