**Position Overview**:

- You are an experienced presenter who wants to enable our channel partners to win new data centre customers with extraordinary technology?
- You are an experienced technical enabler and who can guide our partner sellers and technical architects to engage their customers in new architectures and technologies?

- We are building and enhancing an exceptional Cloud Ready Data Centre (CRDC) overlay sales team across the globe. We are searching for a Partner Account Manager for our EMER and APAC region to develop and grow Juniper’s data centre business with our channel partners.
- The role is a technical and sales enabler role in our global Go-to-Market (GTM) overlay team for Juniper’s CRDC portfolio within the region.
- Our Partner Account Managers need to hunt new partner opportunities with and through our partners and will support our channel sales teams when they have found an appropriate project, along with our sales specialists.
- Creating and running campaigns and marketing activities with our channel partners within the region to grow our local footprint is a regular task and critical to our GTM.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- A good technical network understanding with at least 5 years’ experience, especially in technologies like 3-stage and 5-stage Clos, Data Centre interconnect, eVPN, VxLAN and automation is key.
- Using your knowledge to help our channel partners find the pain points and challenges to make them successful and teach them how to handle objections.
- Acquisition of net new channel partners with a focus on Data Centres.
- Supporting the local PAM teams and Global SI teams to enable their partners to position and sell more CRDC solutions.
- Drive accreditation of our channel partners in CRDC specific certifications across the entire region, working with local CRDC sales specialists.
- Presenting CRDC solutions along with our channel partners at local events.
- Regular travel across the EMER and APAC region to support and enable our channel partners face to face as well as over Teams.
- Utilize the entire organizational resources, tools, and capabilities to strengthen customer confidence in Juniper.
- Manage consistent & clear communication.
- Be seen by Juniper as the “go-to person” for channel led activities in the region.
- Leverage, orchestrate, and rally the resources across the company to bring the full potential of the company’s resources to bear on sales opportunities, with our partners.
- Lead and champion our primary focus of capturing greater market share in CRDC.
- Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales achievement.
- Ensure that Juniper is delivering a superior customer experience.

- Number of partner enablement activities / meetings

**Individual Characteristics and Requirements**:

- 10+ years of progressive technical or technical sales roles in Data Centre networking.
- Key industry and customer (CxO) relationships in Data Centre networking industry.
- Experience selling high-tech products (hardware, software, services) is required; prior CRDC sales experience mandatory, prior security experience desired.
- Exceptional customer-facing/listening skills.
- Extensive knowledge of various channels (Disti’s, VARs, SIs, Carriers) with extensive relationships and the ability to build relationships within each.
- Exceptional communication skills including listening, writing, and public speaking.
