- Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments
- Locate and contact clients to inquire of their payment status
- Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans
- Handle questions or complaints
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Create trust relationships with clients when possible to avoid future issues
- Update account status and database regularly
- Alert superiors of clients unwilling or unable to pay when necessary
- Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable

**Job Requirements**:

- UAE License holder is a must **(preferably with Motorbike License Holder)**
- Proven experience as cash collector
- Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines
- Knowledge of relevant legal requirements
- Working knowledge of MS Office and databases
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to be polite and compassionate without lacking confidence
- Accounting knowledge preferably

**Experience**:

- Cash Collection: 3 years (preferred)
- Accounting Background: 3 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- UAE License holder is a must **(preferably with Motorbike License Holder)**

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

License/Certification:

- Motorbike UAE License (preferred)
- UAE Driving License (preferred)
