As our company is growing rapidly, we are looking for a Cash Collector who will be responsible for contacting debtors and persuading them to fulfil their financial obligations. You will utilise various communication methods to negotiate payment plans, resolve disputes, and recover outstanding debts. Your goal is to maximise collections while maintaining positive relationships with debtors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Educate debtors on their financial responsibilities and consequences of non-payment.
- Maintain accurate records of all communication and payment arrangements.
- Follow up with debtors to ensure timely payments and resolve any issues or disputes.
- Provide excellent customer service while effectively managing difficult or sensitive situations.

**Qualifications**:

- Background education in Business Administration, Finance or Accounts
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet collections
- Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same field. Freshers are also welcome, as training will be provided.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
