Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cashier to join our team at Al Naboodah. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all cash transactions and ensuring timely deposit of cash into the bank to smooth business activities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Cash Handling and Processing

Ensure efficient and timely processing of cash receipts and payments, maintaining accurate records and reconciliations.

Cash Collection and Reconciliation

Receive cash from collectors on a daily basis, match monies received to invoices, and reconcile all monies collected.

Petty Cash Management

Oversee and record all petty cash transactions, prepare petty cash purchase analysis, and ensure timely and accurate processing of petty cash requests and reimbursements.

Banking and Financial Management

Prepare bank slips for cash deposits, reconcile cash accounts with financial documents, and update the cash book regularly.

Compliance and Risk Management

Implement safe and friendly environment practices, comply with local laws and client's requirements related to QHSEMS aspects, and carry out additional tasks assigned by the line manager.

Requirements
  1. Qualifications and Experience

Minimum 3 years of related experience in cash handling and financial management.

Language and Skills

Fluent in English; Arabic an advantage. Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.
