Female Arabic Typist/hr Admin

Job Description:
- Typing up company documents for pharmacy licensing.
- Typing up company documents for ministry of labor and other government portals.
- Drafting documents, reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other written material related to work permit, visa and other government departments.
- Managing and maintaining the physical and digital document filing system.
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in similar role of Arabic Typist in government typing center or medical clinic (preferable) in UAE.
- Prior experience as a typist or data entry clerk is especially with a typing center in UAE preferable.
- The ability to translated Arabic to English and English to Arabic.
- Proficiency in office software such as MS Word, Excel and outlook.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to spot spelling and grammar errors.
- Excellent vocabulary and command of the Arabic language is a must.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with paper and digital document filing systems.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Must be based or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
