As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Sales Executive to join our team.

**Role Overview**:
As an Account Sales Executive, you will be a crucial member of our sales team, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Your primary focus will be on driving business growth by identifying new prospects and converting them into loyal customers. You will work collaboratively with our creative and operations teams to ensure the seamless execution of projects and exceptional client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and proactively reach out to potential clients within the target industries to generate leads and expand the client base. Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry gatherings to promote our company's services.
- **Consultative Selling**: Understand the unique needs and objectives of clients to offer tailored exhibition stand solutions. Conduct thorough consultations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our services.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and foster customer loyalty. Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- **Project Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with our creative team to translate client requirements into innovative and captivating exhibition stand designs. Work with the operations team to ensure the smooth execution and timely delivery of projects.
- **Sales Targets**: Set ambitious sales targets in alignment with company objectives and consistently strive to achieve or exceed them. Report regularly on sales performance, pipeline, and progress towards targets.
- **Market Insights**: Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to stay ahead of market changes and proactively adapt sales strategies.
- **Sales Process Management**: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure and post-sales follow-up. Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software effectively to track prospects and manage sales activities.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Preferably 1 years experience within the exhibition, events, or related industries or sales & marketing role. However, freshers with a passion for sales and a willingness to learn will also be considered.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and convincingly.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven with a focus on achieving measurable results.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales-related tools is advantageous.
