- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with financing options and complete necessary paperwork.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the latest vehicle models, features, and industry trends.
- Follow up with potential leads to convert them into sales.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

**2. Car Rental Services**:

- Handle inquiries for car rental services both in person and over the phone.
- Provide customers with information about available rental vehicles, rental terms, and pricing.
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate rental vehicles based on their needs.
- Process rental agreements, ensuring all required documentation is completed.
- Coordinate with the fleet management team to ensure availability and condition of rental vehicles.

**4. Marketing and Promotion**:

- Participate in showroom events, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
- Use social media and other marketing tools to generate leads and promote the showroom and rental services.

**5. Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales and rental transactions.
- Prepare regular sales and rental activity reports for management review.
- Keep track of customer interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools.

### **Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of the automotive market and car rental services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Customer-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
