- Monitor and analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Implement and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to procurement.
- Liaise effectively with various departments within the hotel to understand their purchasing needs.
- Oversee a team of purchasing assistants (if applicable), providing guidance and support.
- Manage the purchasing budget and ensure adherence to financial targets.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Purchasing Manager role within the Dubai hotel industry.
- Proven track record of success in cost reduction, vendor negotiation, and strategic sourcing.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices and Dubai's hospitality supply chain.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and purchasing software (e.g., SAP).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of import and customs procedures (advantageous).
- Fluency in English and Arabic (highly desirable).

Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
