Facility Management Admin with UAE Experience 2-3 years in facilities management as coordinator/admin. (Immediate requirement)

Accommodation: Live out / on their own

Job location: DIP 1 (Dubai Investment Park 1)

Scope of Work:
1. Basic FM knowledge : such as raising PRs for AMC’s, Reactive maintenance’s jobs

2. Co-ordinating with vendors on acquiring quotations for Annual Maintenance contract renewals

3. Co-ordinating with vendors and business operations on arranging cleaners, pest control services etc.

4. To be able to process invoices and release GRNs

5. Required experience on Oracle / SAP

6. Multi-tasking & proactiveness

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Facilitiy Management Admin. role: 2 years (required)
