**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking 5 highly motivated and talented Marketing & Sales Executives to join our team. As a Marketing & Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve business goals. You will work closely with other teams to ensure that all efforts align with our overall vision and objectives.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and achieve business goals.

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the industry.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, customers, and business partners to ensure long-term success.

Create and execute marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and events.

Deliver presentations and pitches to prospective clients or customers.

Collaborate with other teams to ensure that marketing and sales efforts align with business objectives.

Track and analyse sales and marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.

Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

Manage budgets for marketing and sales activities.

Train and manage a team of marketing and sales professionals.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven track record of success in marketing and sales.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Willingness to travel as required.
