Administrative Assistant/secretary

**Brief Description**:
Merit Consulting is looking for Female Accounts Assistant, to perform the following duties:
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Prepares meeting agendas and takes meeting minutes.
- Manages calendars including making travel arrangements.
- Drafts and edits letters, presentation, reports, and other documents.
- Inputs and updates information in databases and spreadsheets.
- Maintains physical and digital filing systems.
- Operates and maintains office equipment, including printers, copiers, and fax machines.
- Researches as requested and compiles and summarizes information for reports or presentations.
- Uses word processing, excel, and presentation software to create and edit reports.
- Coordinate with consultant to ensure that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities.
- Presents a positive and professional image for the organization.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Proficient in Microsoft programs
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
