**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the back office team, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Assist in processing paperwork, such as invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Maintain electronic and physical records of documents and files in an organized manner.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and maintenance services as needed.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members as required.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate communication and coordination of tasks.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
