Admin and Account Assistant

Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have.
Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
Prepare and issue invoices accurately and on time.
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up with customers on outstanding payments.
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
Maintain and update paper and electronic records in an organized manner.
Manage filing systems, ensuring documents are properly labeled and easily accessible.
Archive and store records according to established protocols.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, distributing it to the appropriate departments or individuals.
Scan and copy documents accurately and efficiently, ensuring high-quality output.
Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and coordinating appointments.
Respond to inquiries and requests from staff, clients, and external contacts in a timely and professional manner.
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
