**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Maintenance Oversight**:

- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the proper functioning of all equipment, systems, and structures.
- Coordinate and oversee repairs, renovations, and maintenance projects in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Manage external vendors and contractors to ensure quality work and adherence to budget.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and other relevant standards.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify and address potential hazards.
- Implement emergency response plans and ensure the readiness of the facilities for various scenarios.
- **Budget Management**:

- Develop and manage the facility budget, including operational expenses, maintenance costs, and capital expenditures.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising the quality of services and operations.
- Maintain accurate records of expenses and financial transactions related to facility management.
- **Team Leadership and Performance Management**:

- Lead and supervise a team of maintenance staff, custodians, and other facility-related personnel.
- Set clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for team members to ensure alignment with company goals and expectations.
- Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment that encourages continuous improvement.
- **Project Management and Progress Monitoring**:

- Plan, execute, and monitor facility-related projects, including renovations and upgrades.
- Define project milestones, allocate resources, and ensure projects are completed within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Regularly track and report project progress to senior management, highlighting achievements and addressing potential delays or challenges.
- **Tenant Relations**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants' facility-related concerns, inquiries, and requests.
- Maintain positive tenant relationships by addressing issues promptly and ensuring their needs are met.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in facility management or a similar role within the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment, maintenance practices, and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to lead a diverse team and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using facility management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
