As an HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering) Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the food and hospitality sector in the United Arab Emirates.

Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in the HORECA industry, introducing our range, driving sales, and achieving revenue targets.

Roles and Responsibilities

Market Research and Analysis

1. Conduct thorough market research to identify potential HORECA clients and assess market trends.

2. Analyse competitors' strategies and market positioning to develop effective business plans.

3. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
a. Generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and industry conferences.

b. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients within the HORECA sector. Relationship Building Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses.

Collaborate with existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.

Sales Presentations and Proposals Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the company's products and services.

Develop customized proposals that address the unique needs and challenges of prospective HORECA clients.

Negotiation and Closing Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable deals. Close sales and achieve revenue targets within specified timelines.

Account Management Monitor and manage the accounts of existing HORECA clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling.

Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues promptly. Reporting and Analysis Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize sales processes.

Key Performance Measures Revenue Generation Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.

Client Acquisition and Retention Successfully onboard a specified number of new HORECA clients.

Maintain high client satisfaction levels and minimize client churn.

RAMMS for HORECA BDE 1st October 2023 Market Expansion Identify and penetrate new markets within the HORECA sector.

Expand the company's presence and market share in the United Arab Emirates.

Sales Efficiency Demonstrate effective time management and sales pipeline management. Optimize the conversion rate from lead generation to deal closure.

Skills Required Sales and Negotiation Skills Proven ability to effectively negotiate terms and close sales deals. Work on and close tenders.

Strong persuasive communication skills to influence decision-makers.

Market Knowledge In-depth understanding of the HORECA industry in the United Arab Emirates.

Awareness of market trends, competitor activities, and industry challenges. Relationship Building Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Ability to network and establish rapport with key stakeholders in the HORECA sector.

Presentation and Communication Clear and articulate communication skills for delivering compelling sales presentations.

Ability to tailor messages to address the specific needs of diverse HORECA clients.
