We are looking for an Editorial Lead who will be responsible for overseeing editorial

content across multiple channels, managing a team of writers and editors, and participating

in link building and outreach efforts. You will translate Bayzat’s vision into an editorial plan

and be accountable for implementing it.

You will also often need to write specific pieces of content yourself. The role involves

developing and implementing editorial standards, conducting research and staying up-to
- date on industry trends, editing and proofreading content, and collaborating with other

departments.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?**:

- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, design, and product, to ensure that content supports overall business goals.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to inform content strategy.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and relevance.
- Participate in link building and outreach efforts, leveraging content to acquire high-quality links and drive traffic.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key influencers and bloggers in the industry.
- Develop and execute creative outreach strategies to promote content and drive engagement.
- Work closely with product managers, customer success managers, and customers in driving user goals
- Oversee the editorial content for multiple channels, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and quality
- Develop and maintain an editorial calendar for Bayzat blogs across countries.
- Manage a team of writers and editors, providing guidance, feedback, and direction as needed.
- Write thought leadership effective content pieces (blogs, guides, etc..) on a regular content basis
- Collaborate with the SEO team to create effective content briefs to guide ourwriters to create world-class content.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:

- 3+ years of experience in editorial or content creation
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
- Proven track record of leading and managing a team of writers and editors.
- Strong understanding of tone, style, and quality standards in editorial content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good Knowledge of SEO and digital content best practices
