**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fleet.
- Monitor and ensure the efficient use of the fleet, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies for optimizing fleet performance and cost-efficiency.
- Schedule and oversee regular maintenance, repairs, and inspections of all vehicles.
- Work with maintenance staff and external vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Ensure all vehicles comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety training for drivers and fleet personnel.
- Develop and manage the fleet budget, including expenses for maintenance, repairs, fuel, and other operational costs.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and service providers.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
- Generate regular reports on fleet performance, maintenance activities, and costs.
- Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead project kickoff meetings to align team members and stakeholders on project objectives and expectations.
- Execute project plans effectively, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.

**Team Leadership and Collaboration**:

- Lead cross-functional teams comprised of software developers, quality assurance engineers, designers, and other stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing.
- Provide guidance and direction to team members, empowering them to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality results.

**Stakeholder Management**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and key decisions.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project objectives and priorities.
- Solicit feedback from stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle and incorporate input into project plans and deliverables as appropriate.

**Quality Assurance and Testing**:

- Work closely with quality assurance teams to develop and execute comprehensive testing plans, ensuring software products meet quality standards and user requirements.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) activities and incorporate feedback into the software development process.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain thorough and accurate project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, status reports, and issue logs.
- Generate regular progress reports for stakeholders, highlighting key accomplishments, milestones achieved, and upcoming tasks.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the project management process.
- Encourage a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the project team.
- Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and identify areas for improvement in future projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in software development or technology-related projects.
- Strong understanding of Fleet Manager principles and practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Asana.
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
