We are looking for a brilliant and active Fleet Manager to join our dynamic team to optimize the total process of vehicle procurement, vehicle maintenance, vehicle asset management and fleet services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing the strategy for and execution of driver lifecycle events from sourcing to offboarding.
- Handling escalations and managing conflict resolutions with our customers.
- Planning, processing, and executing approved vehicle purchases through our partners.
- Set up and provide policies & governance rules for fleet services, Crisis Management, Business Continuity, Experience Feedback, Objectives and KPI monitoring related to operational performance.
- Ensuring fleet operations are in compliance with local and state rules and regulations.
- Finding ways to cut costs and maximized profits.
- Supporting operational driver safety and compliance.
- Analyzing data to increase business operational efficiency.
- Liaising with peers within the region & company to share knowledge and optimize operations.
- Monitoring driver behavior and ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to initiate creative local strategies and user growth campaigns.
- Recommend improvements to the product models to ensure that products are affordable and attractive to our driver partners.
- Improve the vehicle registration and renewals turnaround time.
- Maintain enhanced records of the fleet documents and provide analysis and reports on the status of the fleet.
- Carry out technical and operational activities for fleet management of the Organization's vehicles (Documentation, legalizations, insurance, claims, maintenance, IPOs, taxes, administrative infractions, fuel, contract management and cost control.
- Monitor and ensure fleet operation in compliance with local and state rules and regulations coordinate with DED, Dubai Police, RTA and other government authorities in various questions related to business objectives
- Plan a budget for daily/monthly operations, expenditures and analyze all financial objectives finding ways to cut costs and maximize profits.
- Oversee activities with regards to the repair and preventive maintenance and replacement of fleet to meet company's logistics needs
- Maintains online Salik account registration for RSL and other companies Fleet maintenance:

- Oversee and continuously improve processes and procedure in repair and maintenance activities.
- Oversea activities with regards to preventive maintenance and scheduled maintenance to improve the utilization of the vehicles
- An extensive knowledge of the automotive finance, fleet leasing management or car rental industry and a proven track record in developing territories, implementing successful growth strategies and leading teams.
- Preferably a degree in Logistics or Mechanical Engineering or Management or on the job experience.
- 6+ years of similar experience in fleet management at reputable companies
- Thorough knowledge of UAE automotive market and vehicle laws and regulations.
- High leadership and organizational skills

- Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.
- High level experience of relevant technologies and data analysis.
- Growth mindset to scale up products and new geographies. KPIs that will be measured after you start
- Good English & Native Arabic proficiency

**Salary**: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
