Our company is a sweets factory located in Al Qusais, Dubai, we are seeking a talented and organized individual to join our team as an Office Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate office administration and procedures.
- Handle HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Provide administrative support to the General Manager.
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as required.
- Anticipate the needs of the General Manager and proactively address them.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle customer orders and deliveries.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
