**Overview of the role**
The primary focus of the role will be to facilitate a data driven analysis to identify opportunities, analyse, visualize, and deliver insights to help serve the business & management better
**What you will do**
- Prepare and circulate Daily / Weekly / Monthly MIS reports for the business to Management & Key Stakeholders
- Generation of new and analysis of business specific reports and support the Planning Team and stakeholders to automate the existing planning documents in Tableau / Alteryx / Power BI
- Schedule, prepare and arrange meetings with channels and key stakeholders to identify the pain points with significant business impacts
- Generation and Analysis of various business specific reports and publish it to stakeholders
- Generation of simulations of Sales incentives as per the Incentive policy
- Clear communication on the Incentive break-up to the related Stakeholders in Sales, HR, Finance, Accounts
**Required Skills to be successful**
- Analytical, data driven outlook with strong planning and communication skills
- Experience in handling big data
- Well versed in Excel, Tableau, Power BI & Alteryx
- Excellent written and verbal communications
**About the team**
Reporting to the MIS Manager and will have direct liaison with Sales Channels, Toyota Motors Corporations Japan’s demand and supply planning team.
**What equips you for the role**
- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 3-year work experience preferably Automotive brands
- Behavioral Competencies: Attention to detail, Clear and accurate communication, Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, time management
