Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Property Management Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new property management business through proactive outreach and sales efforts, while also being a point of contact to the owners.

**Responsibilities**:
Actively prospect, identify, and cultivate relationships with property owners, real estate investors, and other potential clients to promote our property management services.

Implement various outreach methods to reach potential customers and achieve sales objectives.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and UAE/RERA rental laws throughout the property management process.

Handle communication with all parties in a professional manner, resolving issues and inquiries promptly and courteously.

Manage all aspects of managed properties and their residents, including rental agreements, inspections, maintenance, and tenant relations.

Assist the leasing team or to find suitable tenants for properties and managing tenancy agreements effectively.

Conduct property inspections and handovers in accordance with established timelines and standards.

Address tenant requests and problems promptly and courteously, coordinating with the operations team as needed.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date property and lease files, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Handle rent collection and other property-related fees from tenants and individual owners.

Oversee the EJARI process and draft necessary contracts and documents as required.

Valid driver’s license or should be able to travel on own expenses.

Mandatory 2 year experience in Property Management.

Mandatory 2 year experience in sales.
