**Office Manager**
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager for a full time position. As an office Manager you will be responsible for providing administrative support and serve as a key point of contact, facilitating effective communication and ensuring the smooth operation of the institutes functions.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare and edit correspondence.
- Manage basic bookkeeping, salaries, and office payments with company management.
- Help prepare and distribute course-related documentation, such as contracts, proposals, and client presentation.
- Oversee general office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely distribution & appropriate follow-up.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy retrieval of documents.
- Prepare meeting agendas, document meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings, including scheduling.
- Coordinate with external company accountant.
**Skills and Requirements**:
- Diploma in business management or similar field or higher with fluency in English is essential.
- Proven experience - min 3 years - as an executive assistant or in an administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone etiquette.
- Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy in all work performed.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Proven track record in administration and office management with Training Center/Institute industry.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
