Telesales Agent

This position is a 2-month initial contract that can be extended.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Collections Management:

- Contacting educational institutions, students, and other relevant parties to recover outstanding payments.
- Utilizing effective negotiation and persuasion techniques to secure timely payments and resolve outstanding issues.

Customer Engagement:

- Building and maintaining positive relationships with educational institutions, students, and key stakeholders.
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries related to payments, billing, and account reconciliation.

Data Management:

- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all communication and transactions in the company's CRM system.
- Analyzing and interpreting financial data to assess the financial status of clients and propose suitable solutions.

Compliance and Documentation:

- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations in the educational sector when engaging in collections activities.
- Documenting all communications, agreements, and payment arrangements in accordance with company policies.

Reporting:

- Generating regular reports on collection activities, outstanding balances, and progress towards targets.
- Collaborating with the management team to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- 1+ Years of proven experience as a Collections Telesales Officer, preferably in the educational sector.
- Strong understanding of the collections process and experience in negotiating payment plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing collections in the educational sector.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

Availability:

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
