Apt Resources is seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Admin to join our client's team, a Trading Company. As an Office Admin, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating with internal teams, and assisting in various administrative functions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
- Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Assist in processing invoices and expense reports
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Collaborate with internal teams to support overall company goals
- Manage all admin details of the office

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience as an office administrator or in a similar role
- Proficient with office software, including MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles is a plus
- Experience in the trading industry is preferred

**Benefits**:
The salary is 5000 AED plus 1500 AED for allowances.
