We are looking for a creative, and dynamic Field Sales and Marketing Executive to be part of our innovative team. As a budding marketing and tech guild, we at Hash Gate are building a stronger presence by expanding our reach, and immersing into the competitive world of IT in the buzzing ecosystem of UAE.

If you are an individual who identifies as a persuasive communicator, and have a knack for connecting with people, then you are what we need. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating outdoor sales and marketing schemes for the company, and its brands. From promotions to coordination, the Field Sales and Marketing Executive should possess the desire to provide excellence, dedication, and a relentless desire to pursue challenges.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Take on the role as the company’s public persona, connect with potential clients, and market the company through face-to-face customer engagement
- Meet with clients in person, identify their needs, and be able to help the marketing team close deals.
- Generate leads, and establish relationships with multiple individuals and help introduce the company, and its services to a wider community.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create compelling and effective marketing and sales strategies to boost the company and brand visibility.
- Stay updated with marketing trends, best practices, and networking events to enhance the company exposure.
- Conduct negotiations with potential customers to secure partnership and sales agreements.
- Provide excellent customer service and effectively connect with both local or Arabic-speaking customers, and international clients, meet their demands, address their concerns, and ensure a harmonious relationship with current and prospective clients.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- **Language Skills**: native, or fluency in the Arabic language in both written and spoken. Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge in other languages is a plus as well.
- **Cultural Awareness**: has a strong understanding of the local culture, and a strong familiarity with the arabic customs, business etiquette, and effective marketing schemes for local recognition.
- **Customer Focus**: Be able to generate leads, and secure clients for the company on both local and international levels. Able to build a good rapport fir the company, gain trust through delivering work effectively, and maintain long-standing relationships with clients.
- **Adaptable**: Able to show flexibility in adapting to changing market dynamics, strategies, and organizational needs. Must be a quick-thinker and is willing to engage in multiple sales strategies.
- **Product Knowledge**: Must have a good grasp of the company’s services, abilities, and be able to articulate it to customers and help them understand the company’s essentiality better.
- **Collaborative**:be able to collaborate with internal and external teams, such as marketing, development, creative, and other client’s teams, to ensure effective engagement and align each team’s goals for the company/ brand.

**OTHER QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Local or Arabic nationals (preferably females)
- Must possess a valid UAE driving license, and be able to mobilize for the job whenever needed.
- Proven effective sales and marketing experience and help navigate the company in resolving cultural nuances.
- Strict time-management skills.
- Must be able to maintain a professional demeanor, and represent the company and the brands in an excellent professional manner.
- Be able to identify new business opportunities, scope and report on market requirements, and be help the team come up with new strategies or services that cater to local and international demands.
