Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for managing finances and procurement? We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an Accountant cum Purchase Manager. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for handling both financial management and procurement functions, ensuring smooth operations and cost-effectiveness for our organization.

**Responsibilities**:
**Accounting and Financial Management**:Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare financial statements, budget reports, and analysis to provide accurate insights for decision-making.
Monitor cash flow and manage company expenses, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Collaborate with auditors during financial audits and maintain proper documentation.

**Purchase and Inventory Management**:Source and procure goods, materials, and services required for the company's operations, negotiating with suppliers to obtain competitive prices and favorable terms.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods.
Oversee inventory levels and implement efficient inventory control measures to optimize stock levels and reduce holding costs.
Evaluate and compare different suppliers to make well-informed purchasing decisions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as an Accountant and/or Purchase Manager (or relevant roles) with a strong understanding of accounting principles and purchasing practices preferably in UAE.
- Proficiency in accounting software( suntech jewellery software) and tools, as well as knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting processes.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to spot discrepancies and resolve financial issues.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively interact with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ajman: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
