**Responsibilities**:
Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner, both in person and over the phone.
Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and maintaining filing systems.
Assist with the coordination of property viewings, meetings, and events, ensuring all arrangements are handled efficiently.
Translate documents, correspondence, and conversations between English and Chinese as needed.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
Assist with data entry, updating client records, and generating reports using CRM software.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Ensure the reception area and conference rooms are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Collaborate with colleagues to support team initiatives and contribute to a positive work culture.
**Requirements**:
Fluency in English and Chinese is essential.
Previous administrative experience in the real estate industry in Dubai
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Professional demeanor, with a positive attitude and a customer service-oriented mindset.
Pay: From AED4,500.00 per month
