Johnson & Johnson is recruiting **Global Growth and Engagement Manager **to be located in Dubai - UAE.
**Johnson and Johnson MedTech Digital is seeking a Growth & Engagement Manager to drive growth and engagement across J&J Medtech sites in the United States or EMEA.

Reporting directly to the Growth & Engagement (G&E) Implementation & Customer Success Leader, this individual will be responsible for the successful onboarding and implementation of new digital solutions in hospitals globally.

The G&E Manager will focus on implementation, technical documentation coordination, internal and external change management, and continuous improvement activities under the scope of the G&E Leader.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Play a pivotal role in ensuring successful onboarding and implementation of new digital solutions in hospitals globally.
- Contribute to the end-to-end implementation processes, working closely with hospitals to understand their unique requirements, objectives, and challenges.
- Collaborate closely with regional and cross-functional partners to deliver seamless and effective implementations, fostering strong hospital relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
- Establish a strong customer journey to clarify and standardize the engagement requirements and support various operational milestones and decision making for the customer.
- Contribute to provide regular project updates to hospitals, addressing questions, concerns, and providing insights on progress and milestones.
- Partner with Project Managers and project teams to promote excellence and cross-functional collaboration.
- Coordinate with Product Management, Product Deliver and functional team (e.g. Privacy, Security, OP, trade Compliance ) to ensure adequate technical documentation is created for external and internal use.
- Support implementation at scale strategy. Contribute to creating a robust white paper / discover paper around implementation at scale strategy and models, providing relevant and cost-effective solution, while allowing space for tailoring to global and regional commercial strategies.
- Contribute to establishing a robust governance and framework to adequately pilot implementation and ensure robust accountability and oversight.
- Foster strong relationships with regional and cross-functional partners to ensure seamless and effective implementations, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Assist the G&E Leader in driving Change Management and Continuous Improvement initiatives to optimize organizational impact and cultivate adaptability and resilience.

**Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field required.

**Experience and Skills**:
**Required**:

- Minimum 5 to 10 years of Project Management experience required
- Robust writing skills (policy, standard operating procedures, governance and white papers)
- Experience in implementing digital solutions or tools in the healthcare industry or other B to B industries
- Ability to lead and guide teams towards successful outcomes (direct or indirect influential leadership).
- Leadership experience is a must have
- Knowledge of Change Management and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring that implementations are executed according to plan.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required

**Preferred**:

- Previous work experience working on Digital related projects (in medical space or other transferable industries)
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams with knowledge of cross-functional processes in Legal, Privacy, Compliance
