Government Liaison Officer

**Your Job in Brief**:
The Government Liaison Officer is responsible for maintaining strong relationships between the company and government entities/authorities. They act as a key interface between the two, providing quick, efficient, and reliable services for all government-related jobs such as Employment Permits, Entry Visas, Medical Examinations, miscellaneous jobs related to Immigration, Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, Courts, and Business Licenses.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Administering visa hazards and reporting daily while liaising visa processing team
- Facilitating employee medicals and police procedures
- Conducting mystery shopping inspections
- Monitoring active court cases
- Administering company licenses and permits with various UAE authorities: Dubai Economic Department, Municipality, Chamber of Commerce, and Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization
- Evaluating, prioritizing, and accomplishing TO-DO-NOW jobs at short notice.
- Maintaining accurate records for all above services
The Government Liaison Officer must respond effectively to business requests and assist on all government-related services. The post-holder must also be in alignment with updates on information/documents, as the ever-changing government rules and regulations require efficiency without much notice.
