Job Description:
We, **GazMin Motors** are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Authority Liaison Officer to facilitate the registration, processing, and delivery of motorbikes to clients in the United Arab Emirates. As an Authority Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating with relevant governmental authorities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional service to our clients throughout the registration and delivery process.
**Responsibilities**:
**Government Liaison**:Act as the primary point of contact between the company and UAE governmental authorities responsible for motorbike registration and licensing. Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant departments to expedite processes and resolve any issues efficiently.
**Registration Process**: Guide clients through the motorbike registration process, including the submission of required documentation, completion of necessary forms, and adherence to regulatory requirements. Ensure all paperwork is accurately completed and submitted within specified timelines.
**Compliance Management**: Stay updated on UAE regulations pertaining to motorbike registration, licensing, and importation. Ensure strict adherence to legal requirements and compliance standards throughout the registration and delivery process.
**Client Communication**:Provide clear and timely communication to clients regarding the status of their motorbike registration and delivery. Address any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
**Delivery Coordination**:Coordinate the delivery of registered motorbikes to clients, ensuring smooth handover and compliance with all relevant regulations. Arrange transportation logistics and oversee the final inspection process to confirm the motorbike's condition meets client expectations.
**Documentation Management**:Maintain accurate records of all registration-related documentation, including client information, permits, and certificates. Organize files systematically and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
**Problem Resolution**: Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the registration and delivery process. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to find effective solutions and prevent delays.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
Previous experience in a similar role, particularly within the automotive or transportation industry, is preferred.
In-depth knowledge of UAE regulations and procedures related to motorbike registration and licensing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and government officials.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Fluency in English and Arabic languages is required.
UAE Driver's License
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
