Sales & Marketing Manager

- **Sales Strategy and Execution**:
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share for both the ice cream central kitchen and coffee shop.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with local businesses, events, and wholesale accounts.
Set sales targets and performance metrics; monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed.
- **Marketing Campaigns and Promotion**:
Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote our ice cream and coffee products, including seasonal specials, new product launches, and in-store events.
Develop and oversee promotions, loyalty programs, and customer engagement initiatives.
- **Brand Management**:
Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
Work with graphic designers and content creators to develop promotional materials, packaging, and in-store displays that reflect our brand identity.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including local businesses, event organizers, and loyal patrons.
Address customer feedback and concerns to enhance the customer experience and drive satisfaction.
- **Team Leadership and Development**:
Lead and motivate the sales and marketing team; provide training and support to achieve individual and team goals.
Foster a collaborative and high-energy environment that encourages innovation and customer-focused thinking.
- **Market Analysis and Reporting**:
Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, marketing activities, and market insights to senior management.
- **Budget and Resource Management**:
Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget; allocate resources effectively to maximize return on investment.
Monitor spending and ensure cost-effective use of marketing and promotional resources.
- **Qualifications**:_
Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, with experience in both retail and wholesale environments.
Proficiency with CRM software, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic industry.
