**Geographical Area Under Responsibility/Brand/Function: Richemont Middle East, India & Africa - Management**

**Reporting to: Senior Business Development Manager**

**Location: Dubai, UAE**

**Primary Duties**
- Be responsible for identify, leading and executing medium and larger sized projects including cross functional projects (Richemont and Maisons).

**Key Responsibilities**

- ** Support Business Development opportunities**
- a)
- **Monitor internal business intelligence**
- Assist on updating/improving existing reporting, and proactively suggest new insightful reporting.
- Analyse Richemont internal data by collecting, monitoring, and creating models for decision support.
- Assist on analysing/monitoring the wholesales network dynamic related to Sell-in, Sell-out and Stocks across Richemont Maisons.
- Provide ad hoc data analysis as required.

- **Assess project feasibility and business cases**
- Assess high level project feasibility and scoping to meet business needs
- If applicable, determine with Maisons the business case to implement the project
- Define high level project planning in line with the regional/global roadmap to ensure team mobilization.

- **Define project scope, approach and project plan**
- Define or oversee definition of project plans and scope
- Determine and establish relevant project teams.
- Determine if external consultants or contractors are required.
- Define roles and responsibilities within project team.
- Ensure that laws, group guidelines and compliance are adhered to.

- **Execute and Monitor Projects**
- Define project mode of operandi.
- Establish critical path and ensure that overall project output is delivered on time.
- Execute project according to project plan with identified sponsor and project team.
- Manage project budget and resources.
- Guide and lead team to achieve project objective and project management best practices
- Effectively lead in times of delay/crisis and ensure project is back on track.
- Where applicable, draw up necessary processes, procedures and policies.
- Communicate project progress to stakeholders, sponsors as required and defined.
- Develop necessary tools and reporting where required.

- **Review and Debrief Projects**
- Ensure smooth project handover to relevant team
- If needed, ensure project outcome is being tracked in existing reporting or any business intelligence tools
- Conduct post project evaluation to ensure learning is applied in future projects.

**SKILLS NEEDED**
- BUSINESS ORIENTED- Experience driving innovation and moving quickly to get new ideas to market
- Capability to understand/define financial impact of a business opportunity

PROJECT MANAGEMENT & CHANGE MANAGEMENT
- Collaborative, strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Listening skills, team player
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize

OPERATIONAL & ANALYTICS
- Problem solver, simplify complex workflows
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Willingness to learn about business systems
- Tech-savvy and data-driven
- Ability to understand, interpret and present data, attention to detail

OTHER SKILLS
- Ability to read, write & speak English.
- Knowledge of Arabic & French would be an asset
- Middle East, India and Africa experience would be beneficial
- Previous exposure to luxury retail business would be a plus
