**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate with other departments for seamless operations.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
- Assist the office manager in daily administrative tasks, including document preparation, meeting coordination, and office supply management.
- Collaborate with the office manager on special projects and initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the office manager as needed.

Qualifications:

- UAE Nationals Only
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in administrative roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
