Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
- Maintain both hard and soft copies of employee records.
- Updating Employees records on the software
- Coordinate trainings, Optima, & Offshore medical for the required employees.
- Co-ordinating with the concerned departments for the employees mobilization.
- Co-ordinating with the concerned departments for the employees Timesheets.
- Hotel reservations based on the rotational leave of the employees
- Co-ordination with hotel to collect invoice with proper documents
- Prepare and maintain monthly reports for Rotational leave employees.
- Prepare and maintain monthly reports for Hotel booking Of employees.
- Support other functions as assigned.
- Complying to ISO Standards of 9001 & 45001 & 14001.
- Adhering to the company’s Management Information System.
- Ensuring Compliance with Health, Safety, & Environmental (HSE) Responsibilities as per the given induction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
