Job Summary: HR cum Admin
We are looking for an experienced HR cum Admin professional with a background in construction, ISO standards, and UAE-specific regulations. The role involves managing HR functions, administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and ISO standards.
Key Responsibilities
- **HR Management**: Oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and maintain employee records.
- **Administrative Duties**: Manage office operations, coordinate project documentation, and handle procurement.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and ISO standards, and manage audits and inspections.
- **Project Support**: Assist with project scheduling, documentation, and logistics for construction sites.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of HR and admin experience in the UAE construction industry.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and ISO standards.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
Preferred
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD).
- Experience with ERP systems and project management tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
