**The Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Implement and manage project management tools (Jira, Confluence) to streamline workflows and enhance team productivity.
- Coordinate with the development team to identify and resolve dependencies, ensuring smooth progress of project milestones.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups, to foster a collaborative and efficient development environment.
- Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders to ensure clear communication of project status, risks, and deliverables.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of project documentation and ensure all project assets are accessible and organized.
- Identify and address potential bottlenecks in the development process, working closely with the team to devise and implement effective solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in software project management or coordination, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A proactive problem-solver with a dedication to facilitating smooth and efficient project execution.
