- Create program management documents and tools such as agendas, meeting notes, project timelines, and communication materials.
- Utilize Agile frameworks to convert requirements into user stories and collaborate with other Agile initiatives to manage project tasks and milestone achievements effectively.
- Coordinate proactively with stakeholders and contractors to gather essential information and support project goals.
- Generate reports and visualizations to convey progress, risks, issues, and other relevant information to various stakeholder groups.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and leading meetings, ensuring focused discussions.
- Address inquiries on behalf of the organization.
- Collaborate with leadership and staff to identify and prioritize business strategies.
- Work with teams to deliver, monitor, and communicate progress towards objectives.
- Identify risks and provide assessments and monitoring when business decisions are made.
- Recommend improvements across the organization.
Qualifications Required
- Active and current Top Secret federal security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree.
- A minimum of four (4) years of experience in project development within an Agile team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
- Agile certifications.
- Experience in supporting projects within an IT environment is advantageous.
- Prior consulting experience with federal entities.
- Experience collaborating closely with senior executives and clients in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to provide solutions and clearly articulate business impacts to clients.
- Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
