Key Qualifications:

  • Preferred Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of one year in a Scrum Master or comparable Agile position, applying Agile methodologies and practices, including the delivery of multiple epics, releases, and versions, along with the application of diverse patterns and techniques (e.g., utilizing burndown charts, facilitating retrospectives, refining user stories, etc.).
  • Desirable programming or development experience.
  • Experience in implementing best practices and standards related to Agile product development is preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead teams while earning trust and encouraging continuous improvement in an Agile setting.
  • Agile Mindset: Embrace Agile core values such as openness, courage, respect, focus, and commitment. Integrate Agile principles and practices to drive team success.
  • Project Management: Capability to initiate, plan, execute, and guide team efforts to achieve specific objectives and meet defined success criteria within a set timeframe.
  • Influence: Ability to sway leaders at all levels without relying on traditional hierarchy.

Essential Requirements:

  • Two years of project management or related experience is required.
