Real Estate Sales Manager - Dubai - UAE

GFS, a leading multinational organization engaged in diversified businesses, is expanding We are actively looking for a high-profile individual to join our dynamic team as a Real Estate sales Manager for our upcoming new projects in Dubai, UAE.

**Core Responsibilities**:
**1-Sales Strategy Development**:
Establish and maintain strong connections with property dealers, advisors, and investors.

Experience in selling projects to real estate companies and managing investor portfolios, dealers, and advisors.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

**2-Team Management**:
Lead, train, and mentor a team of real estate agents to enhance their performance and productivity.

Set clear sales goals and monitor progress, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.

**3. Client Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

Oversee the management of client inquiries, negotiations, and transactions to ensure a seamless experience.

**4. Market Analysis**:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.

Monitor industry trends, property values, and competitive landscape to stay ahead of market changes.

5. **Manage daily sales activities**, including lead generation, property viewings, and closing processes.

Coordinate with marketing teams to develop and execute effective promotional campaigns.

**6. Performance Monitoring**:
Track and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing reports and forecasts for senior management.

Adjust sales strategies and tactics based on performance data and market conditions.

**7.Compliance and Administration**:
Ensure all transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transaction details.

**Education**:
Graduate, preferably with a Master's degree in Sales & Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- 8-10 years in Real Estate Sales, with at least 4-5 years in a Project Manager position.
- Strong background in sales, particularly in a leadership role.
- Superior time management and organizational skills.
