**Taxatic is looking for a hands-on Business Development Manager**

**Responsibilities**:

- Meeting with potential and existing clients to increase opportunities to increase market share and revenue within government and corporate organizations
- Developing proposals, quotations, and tenders for inquiries and negotiating terms to secure sales opportunities to meet targets
- Working with the event management team to identify new opportunities to deliver innovative event management services
- Participate in marketing activities to increase brand awareness and gain new clients
- Attend trade and public events for networking and to secure new business opportunities to create a pipeline of sales opportunities

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors Degree
- Hands-on experience in accountancy firm
- Financial management of budgets, sales forecasts, and revenue
- 2-3 years of experience in business development/sales and client servicing experience gained in the UAE within the event management field.
- Ability to develop effective presentations and proposals and be able to deliver these to decision-makers.
- Effective networking abilities
- Confident and outgoing personality
- Having command on Arabic or other languages is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fluency in English is essential with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Excellent interpersonal and personal presentation skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
