**Job Description**:
As a Talent Development Administrator
- Intern, you will support the team in various administrative tasks related to recruitment and employee development. This internship will provide you with valuable hands-on experience and help you develop skills in recruitment, training coordination, etc.
Recruitment Support:
- Assist in posting job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
Learning & Development Support:
- Assist in organizing and coordinating training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives.
- Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, venue booking, and resource/material preparation.
- Track employee training records and maintain the learning management system (LMS).
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and collecting feedback from participants.
- Support the development of training materials, presentations, and online learning resources.
Administrative Support:
- Prepare documents such as offer letters and training material.
- Stay updated on procedures, and employment laws to ensure compliance.
**This is a 6 months internship.**
Desired Skill & Expertise:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or recent graduate).
- To be on a student / parent's sponsorship visa
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
