  • Regularly update and manage thetalent development database, ensuring accuracy by adding newentries, removing outdated information, and promptly reflectingemployee data changes.
  • Support the rolling outof career development efforts across the organisation byfacilitating training sessions for the managers andsupervisors.
  • Assess and guide teams on theirtalent development journeys, offering valuable insights andmentoring managers in implementing best practices for careerdevelopment.
  • Support in creating and analysingreports using the database.
  • Foster strategicalliances with other HR functions to enhance talent developmenteffectiveness, aligning efforts with broader organisationalobjectives.
  • Contribute to the creation of theinternal competencies assessments.
  • Assist indesigning an internal career counselling process to empoweremployees in identifying their strengths and interests, aiding themin setting meaningful career goals.
  • Assist withdeveloping and communicating talent development initiativesinternally.
  • Support the team with thecoordination and administration of training courses and events byscheduling dates, advertising programs, creating joininginstructions, booking venues, and organising required materials orequipment.
  • Continuously explore innovativeapproaches to talent development, staying current with industrytrends and implementing improvements through ongoing research anddevelopment.
  • Provide ad hoc support to the HRteam as required.

Requirements

  • BSC/BA in Human Resources, Business,or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in asimilar role, L&D, HR, or admin arerequired.
  • Good understanding of projectmanagement
  • Proficient in MS Office especiallyExcel
  • Familiarity with talent, learning, anddevelopment tools
  • Good communication andinterpersonal skills
  • Very good presentationskills.
  • Fluent command of English and Arabic,both written and spoken
  • Strong Organisationskills
  • Demonstrates initiative and the abilityto be proactive.
