**Human resources (HR) managers **are responsible for overseeing the recruitment, hiring, training, and development of employees within an organization. They ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and create policies and procedures that promote a positive work environment. HR managers handle employee relations, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions. They collaborate with department managers and executives to align HR strategies with business goals.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies to attract, retain, and develop employees.
- Conduct new employee orientations and oversee training and development programs.
- Handle performance management processes, including performance reviews and goal setting.
- Resolve employee conflicts and address employee relations issues.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Manage employee benefits and compensation programs.
- Oversee employee payroll and attendance tracking.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Stay updated with changes in employment laws and industry best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field.
- Proven experience in human resources management.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Al Quoz: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- HR Manager: 1 year (required)
