**Job description**
- Consolidating/maintaining MIS Data/performance reports for all business units in Middle East.
- Coordinating with different teams for the data and updating its accuracy.
- Preparing Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS Reports/dashboards to be sent to HOD as per the defined timeline to provide strong reporting and analytical information support to the management team.
- Responsibility for Cost schedule to track budget/ forecats vs Actuals
- Must be highly proficient in MS Excel, PPT, Power BI and other reporting tools
- Provide strong reporting and analytical information supporting to the internal team
- Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness.
- Track and maintain all performance metrics of the centers.
- Must be Hands experience in Advanced Excel, VLOOKUP, H-Lookup, Pivots, Dashboards, Conditional Formatting etc.
- Invoicing updates.
- Generating overage stock report.
- Prepare Monthly, Quarterly & Annual business review Presentations.
- Analyze the data and suggested for business improvements.
- Experience in handling reports and data.
- Experience in following up and coordinating with multiple teams to get the job done.
- Time management skills.
- Creating MIS documentation to facilitate efficient operations and simple system upkeep
- Ensuring the privacy of all customers, employees and company records

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
