**What You Will Do**

The Johnson’s Adult, Aveeno and Clean & Clear brand manager plans, co-ordinates and drives business planning process, brand management, brand planning, market research, new product development pipeline and business performance tracking for total AMET. Drives the development and execution of brand plans against key objectives with a view to delivering the financial and market share commitments for total AMET. Supports in content development and deployment of content assets across total AMET. Leads within scope of role:
Key Responsibilities

- With support from line manager, gathers market and consumer insights required for the brands across total AMET.
- Applies market and competitor insights to prepare short-term and medium-term actions for AMET.
- With support from their line manager, develops and delivers brand strategy ensuring the brand’s vision and strategic imperatives are aligned to the overarching AMET and EMEA strategy.
- Develops and delivers consumer relevant brand marketing mixes (value proposition, product and packaging, communication) that drives growth and deliver value across total AMET.
- With support from line manager, develops annual brand marketing plans that will deliver NTS, STT, GP, and brand contribution requirements for total AMET.
- Ensures implementation of the annual brand marketing plan and its components ensuring NTS, STT, GP, and brand contribution requirements are met for total AMET.
- Support in the development of sustainable and meaningful brand innovation product pipelines for total AMET.
- With support from line manager, delivers brand NPD projects on time and in full across AMET, ensuring NTS and GP aspirations are met.
- Builds effective working relationships with (1) internal work partners / cross functional teams (Customer, Supply Chain, Project Team, R&D, Prof Marketing, GFO, other clusters) and (2) external work partners and agencies.
- Accountability for financial / P&L performance of brands (top line and bottom line).
- Accountability for market performance of brands across AMET.

- Fluent Arabic speaker a plus
