As a member of KENVUE Johnson’s Baby team, this role will support Russia, Africa, Middle East & Turkey (RAMET) Senior Brand Manager and wider organization in **delivering operational and strategic objectives** of the team and partnering with all external partners and internal relevant functions to grow the brands’ sales and profitability.

**MAIN TASKS**:

- Will be responsible for supporting the RAMET Senior Brand Manager in:

- o
- **Market, consumer insights and c**
**ompetition monitoring**, online and offline and turn these insights into actions.
- o
- **Liaising with external partners and internal cross-functional team** for campaigns and new product launches
- o
- **Suport the delivery of the RAMET brand strategy** ensuring the brand’s vision and strategic imperatives are aligned to the overarching business / category strategy.
- o Putting commercial and portfolio management
- **plans into action** to increase sales and profitability
- o Supporting the roll out of new products and artworks across the RAMET cluster
- o
- **Drive strong collaboration** with internal partners across key markets to drive efficiencies, scale and gather market and consumer insights
- o
- **Support in the development consumers and shopper communications**
- o
- **Assist with tracking of both internal and external performance measures**

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
- Good command of English and Arabic (both verbal and written is mandatory).
- Passionate about understanding market and consumer dynamics and insights.
- Ability to work in a global, matrix organization: good communication and presentation skills; ability to collaborate and partner with people from different functions.
- Strong numerical acumen with strong planning, analytical and data analysis skills, with excellent attention to detail and high willingness to learn.
- Proficient in Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
- Internship program is full time (5 days/week) with 3 days in Office.
