Holiday Inn is the first of its brand in Abu Dhabi, featuring 203 modern and stylish rooms wide variety of food & beverage outlets - Indulge in a variety of International flavors at the Silk Route Café. For a lively night out, hit the Thirty 1st Bar & Lounge with amazing views of the Abu Dhabi skyline. Visit Hubbly Bubbly, our shisha café, for a traditional Arabic experience under the stars. For Sushi lovers, SushiSan offers sushi as it should. Stock Burger Co. is a new casual dining concept defined by a perfect and always appealing pairing, premium burgers, and craft brew and all in addition to meeting rooms and banqueting facilities.

The hotel is a kilometer from Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC), close to the diplomatic enclave. The hotel's fitness facilities are located on the top floor and offer great city views. Besides a well-equipped fitness room, Holiday Inn Abu Dhabi offers a pool and three massage rooms.

**Your day to day**

As Reservations Supervisor, you can work with trend data to respond to Guest inquiries to develop solid relationships and maximize revenue opportunities. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

- Understand seasonal and historical trends and work within them to ensure maximum occupancy and average room rates
- Identify new contacts, develop sales leads, and respond to sales opportunities to maximize revenue
- Produce quotations and written confirmation to all clients
- Monitor guest satisfaction regularly and resolve any outstanding issues to ensure future business
- Maintain a thorough understanding of hotel facilities and processes, and contribute to a culture of high-quality standards for relationship building, guest services, selling techniques, and billing and processing contracts.
- Ensure bookings are guaranteed, and no-show charges/late cancellation charges are applied where appropriate.
- Prepare revenue reports based on business needs.
- Take over any other tasks and special projects that arise during the business.
